How We Handle Customization
If you do not have official engineering drawings but have a physical product sample, you can ship the sample to our engineering department. Our professional team will conduct reverse engineering, draw precise technical blueprints, and proceed with customised mold development accordingly.
We provide two flexible mold development solutions to meet diverse client needs. Clients can choose a cost-effective small trial mold exclusively for prototype testing, or directly develop a formal large-scale production mold that applies to both sample verification and bulk manufacturing.
All our molds are manufactured with high-quality steel materials. We guarantee a service life of 500,000 molding cycles within 5 years. Any quality-related mold failures during the warranty period are repaired and refurbished completely free of charge at our cost — no additional burden to the customer.
After the mold passes all inspections, trial production and professional aging tests are carried out to fully verify stability and product qualification. The finished prototype is then delivered for customer approval before formal mass production begins.

We support multiple flexible payment methods, including local currency settlement, Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) and Letter of Credit (L/C) to suit the transaction requirements of global customers.
Lead time for customised sample orders is 3–5 working days; formal bulk order delivery is 25–35 working days. All products carry a 12-month quality warranty, with continuous one-to-one technical and business support throughout the cooperation.
